How to control your Android device with your voice without an active internet connection?

In order to control your Android with the voice and without any internet connection, then you have to install the “Google Voice Access” application. As this app simply offers us a more detailed control than the Google assistant.
All the elements of the screen will appear numbered, so we can ask the smartphone to interact with a specific number. Suppose, we have the browser open and the number 1 is located on the back button, so, by saying the word “one”, Voice Access would simply take us to the previous screen that we are seeing at that moment.
However, the fact is that using Voice Access is greatly simplifies the voice control and, if you do not have an active internet connection or want more power over your device, then it is highly recommended.
